Michael Jensen is the founder of Jensen Advisory Group and leads JAG Partners, its principal-investment practice. With 11 years in commercial real estate across California and major U.S. metropolitan markets — built largely at CBRE in deal-support research, lease analysis, and market feasibility — Michael invests where that research gives him an edge.
JAG Partners focuses on the specialized property types JAG's advisory work covers every day: industrial, lab and R&D, advanced manufacturing, and mission-critical facilities, where a close read of occupier demand separates a good basis from a bad one. Investments are made deal by deal, with Michael's own capital committed alongside partners.
